Helps eliminate excess water and maintain optimum moisture in the substrate. Too much moisture increases the risk of disease and compromises the surface.The lack of a drainage system in certain unfavorable weather conditions can lead to:

  • the impossibility of carrying out certain works due to the too high humidity of the substrate

CONSTRUCTION OF THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM

The realization of an irrigation system is an essential element to guarantee the success of the pitch. Lack of water leads to the inability of the turf to carry out its vegetative process normally, the growth being difficult, resulting in compromising the surface.Summer is the critical time for pitches, with high temperatures causing water to evaporate and creating water stress. During this period, if the turf does not have the necessary amount of water, it will be compromised, without the possibility of being able to recover it.The use of the highest quality and modern equipment leads to the creation of a high-performance irrigation system that facilitates its use, everything can be controlled and monitored through devices with internet access.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEATING SYSTEM

An important element for keeping the pitch in a state of vegetation even during the cold season is the presence of a heating system. We have solutions for both electric and thermal heating systems.To increase the efficiency of the system, the heat generated can be conserved at the level of the turf with the help of a special winter foil for the pitch. This allows the turf to breathe and create an environment conducive to development.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE SUBSTRATE AND ITS LEVELING

An important element that directly influences the growth and development of the turf is the substrate. A special mixture is used, with all the elements necessary for the turf to meet all the requirements. At the same time, the substrate must be permeable, allowing water to drain.After mixing evenly over the entire area, a laser grader will be used to make the slopes and obtain an optimal surface.

Turf installation by sowing

This method is a long one, the soil can be used about 2-3 months after sowing. During this period, the pitch requires much more careful maintenance, being at a time when it has an increased sensitivity and a much higher set of needs.

The costs of setting up this method are significantly lower than those of installing turf rolls directly.

NATURAL PITCH IN DOMED STADIUMS

In the case of the grounds inside the domed stadiums, an important aspect is it represents the lack of light. To solve this problem, a photosynthesis system specially designed to cover this need for the pitch can be used.
